How long do you need to spend meditating ?

You do not need to spend a great deal of time in mediation to experience the positive effects it has on your life.  Fifteen or twenty minutes, three or four times a week will offer you benefits, and the more individual periods of time you devote, the benefits have been known to increase.

 There is no 'best' amount of time to be spent in meditation. Everyone is different and a pattern which suits you will be more likely to succeed. Some people like to have a single 30 minute session either in the morning or the evening while others prefer to spend 15 minutes in the morning and before sleep. The choice is completely personal and will more likely ensure success.

What does it feel like?

 This is a completely personel experience.  Some people experience for example, inner peace and relaxation; quietly positive and energized; timelessness and gentle floating; connection to a higher source and a feeling of oneness. Most people agree that after meditation they feel more relaxed,calmer and have a greater sense of well-being.
